West Bromwich Albion manager Slaven Bilic has said that the club’s recent victory over Sheffield United is worth more than three points and can be considered as a six-pointer. The Baggies and Blades were eyeing their maiden Premier League win of the season on Sunday and the former prevailed with a slender 1-0 victory at the Hawthorns.
On-loan Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher made the difference for the Baggies with a 13th-minute goal and that was sufficient to give them the elusive win. However, the result could have different on another day, given Rhian Brewster and Lys Mousset were guilty of squandering golden chances to put Sheffield level in stoppage time.
