‘’That is probably the kiss of death. It is another big game, we are at home and we need to try and pick up maximum points in our home matches. We are going well at the moment so why can’t we put on a performance against Spurs as well?
“We have drawn on the last four performances and hopefully we can take that into the Tottenham game and get maximum points.” Ridgewell said.
Arsenal, Manchester City and West Ham are some of the opponents that Pepe Mel and his players still has left to be played against and with those tough matches ahead of them, they have to keep their high spirits on.
Jonas Olsson remains optimistic about the remaining matches of his club.
Olsson said: “Saturday’s win takes some pressure off us but we’re still very much in it. We’re on the up, we have seven points from the last four games, so we’re in good shape and we’re looking forward to the last six games.”
In the previous season West Bromwich Albion managed to secure an 8th position but this time around they are struggling just to keep themselves safe from being relegated.
