This season, the Baggies are in the 10th spot in the Premier League standings and more than that they have already won at Old Trafford. They have also drawn with Arsenal and Chelsea. Even after all these, West Brom Albion Chairman Jeremy Peace is not in a hurry to start new contract talks with the coach yet.

Richard Garlick, the Hawthorns sporting director, told that Steve Clarke is aware of their plans and he has told them that he is comfortable with the present situation.

Meanwhile, Steve Clarke expects to sign Saido Berahino to a new long term contract in order to ward off any interest from any other interested teams. This year, the England U – 21 player came into the Premier League scene, snatching newspaper headlines after scoring at Old Trafford earlier.
